All non-custom orders will require 3-4 days for production time and will be shipped out within 2-4 days after your order has been made.
All custom orders require 10-14 days for production time and will be shipped out within 2-4 days after your order has been made.
All non-custom expedited shipping orders will be shipped out on the next business day.
All Shipping Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service such as FEDEX, USPS, DHL and UPS and purchasing shipping insurance. We CANNOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
